FAQs

I just ordered a towel, how soon will it ship?

Our Classic Towels are typically processed and shipped 5-7 days after the order has been placed.  The Hooded Wraps and Round Beach Blankets require an additional 2-3 days due to the highly custom nature of these products.

 

Can I update or change information on my order once it has been placed?

Our manufacturers are very fast and once orders are received they are processed immediately. We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information once an order has been received. Please verify your personalization selections and shipping details at checkout before submitting your order. 

 

How do I return or exchange an item I purchased?

Due to the highly custom nature of all of our towels, all orders are non-refundable unless your item(s) arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact us at Support@shopTLP.com if your order arrived damaged.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to all states within the US. All orders are processed and personalized in 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please remember that this handling time is in addition to shipping time. Our Classic Towels typically ship 3-5 days after the order has been processed.  The Hooded Wraps and Round Beach Blankets require an additional 2-5 days due to the highly custom nature of these products.  All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination and provided directly by the shipping provider without any markup. If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.  We will do everything we can to rush orders that are time sensitive if our production queue will allow it.

We have a great respect for your privacy and security when shopping our site.
